Symposium Kit and Name Badge

Upon registration you will receive a Symposium kit that includes the printed material of the Symposium and your name badge. Please wear your name badge at all times during the Symposium and to all official Symposium events.

Climate

October in Brussels is a warm month considering the location and the time of the year, with high temperatures of 15ºC (59ºF) and with low temperatures of about 8ºC (46ºF).

Brussels has two international airports; Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) and Brussels Charleroi Airport (CRL). Both airports are well connected to the city centre.

Visas

Participants from certain countries may require a visa in order to travel to Belgium. Participants are requested to check with their local BelgiumConsulate/Embassy well in advance of their travel date. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa as necessary.  

Invitation Letters

Official letters of invitation designed to assist with obtaining an entry visa can be downloaded from the Symposium website - see Invitation Letter. Please note that such letters do not represent a commitment on the part of the Organising Committee to provide any financial assistance.

Liability & Insurance

The Symposium secretariat and organizers cannot accept any liability for personal accidents or loss of/damage to private property of participants of RMD2018.
